OKEREPA Terms of Use

Effective date: October 23, 2026

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the iPhone app "OKEREPA" (the "App"), provided by an independent developer (the "Developer"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Relationship with Apple's license agreement

Your license to use the App is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These Terms supplement it. If the two conflict, Apple's agreement takes priority.

2. Your data

The data you create in the App is stored only on your device. It may be lost if your device breaks or is lost, if you delete the App, or after an OS update. Please back up your data regularly using the export feature (JSON file). The Developer cannot recover your data.

3. Paid feature (Remove Ads)

"Remove Ads" is a one-time purchase that stops ads from being shown.
Purchases, payments and refunds follow Apple's App Store terms and procedures. Please contact Apple to request a refund.
After changing devices or reinstalling, you can restore your purchase from "Restore Purchase" in Settings.

4. Third-party services

The App uses Apple's services for cover art search and Google AdMob for advertising. The Developer does not guarantee the content, availability or accuracy of these services. Some features may stop working because of changes on the third party's side.

5. Prohibited actions

You must not:

use the App in violation of laws or public order and morals;
decompile, modify or redistribute the App, or do anything else not permitted by Apple's license agreement;
interfere with the operation of the App or any third-party service.

6. Warranty and liability

The Developer does not guarantee that the App will meet your needs or be free from errors or interruptions. The Developer is not liable for any damage arising from your use of the App, except in cases of the Developer's intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or where such an exclusion is not permitted by law.

7. Changes to or end of the App

The Developer may change the App or stop providing it without prior notice.

8. Changes to these Terms

The Developer may change these Terms. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Otsu District Court as the court of first instance.
